A Method for Modal Correction between Simulation and Test[ ]

This paper introduces a common modal correction method, Modal Assurance Criterion. But it has a problem that it cannot handle the issue of the reversed mode. In this present work, when the rudder rotates, it vibrates diversely. The modal shapes of case One are bending first, and twist second. The other ones are twist first, and bending second. And therefore, the modal shapes are applied to optimize, according to the different modal orders. The proposed method of sequentially comparing every modal shape could find potential applications in dynamics problems.

CLIMATE RESILIENCY OF LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNITS IN THE DOWN SKIRTS OF MAJOR ABRA RIVER BASIN[ ]

Local government units (LGUs) in the Philippines are confronted with many issues and concerns. Recent years show increasing extremities in weather patterns in the country which is believed to be caused by climate change. Diverse climate has an adverse impact on species, their habitats and the ecosystem in general. Climate change experts anticipate more extreme weather events; but their severity and location are difficult to predict. Its adverse effects are fast becoming a common concern especially to LGUs, which are prime movers of development. Often, LGUs collaborate or merge in order to respond for a common concern, like ecosystem management. Collaboration and/or amalgamation between adjacent LGUs provide greater resources and create a cumulative impact on natural resource management. In the province of Ilocos Sur, the Abra River is a major river basin (MRB) ecosystem that traverses within the jurisdictions of various adjacent LGUs.

Role of Othello's Jealousy in his Tragedy By William Shakespeare[ ]

This article is basically an attitudinal study of Shakespeare’s famous character Othello and throws light on Othello as a character in the play in detail. There are various misconceptions and charges against Othello as a jealous character. This article is aimed at countering that claim. What Shakespeare wants to show is not only the jealousy but also certain minute aspects that are often neglected in criticism. There are many other things, which contribute a lot in Othello’s tragedy and constitute the main action of the play. Jealousy has very little to do with Othello’s tragedy. Throughout the play there is no direct physical clash between Cassio and Othello which could prove that Othello was influenced by Cassio at all. We are shown Iago arousing sexual jealousy in Othello and giving dramatic imagery to his venomous tongue. The skillful Iago traps Othello.

IMPLEMENTING LIFI PROTOCOLS[ ]

LI-FI is the latest technology in the Field of wireless communication. Nowadays many people are using internet to fulfill most of their tasks through wired or wireless networks. As the number of users is increasing, the rate of data transmission in the wireless network automatically decreases. WI-FI provides us speeds near about 150mbps as per IEEE 802.11n but still it is not able to fulfill the requirement of the user because of such reason we are introducing the LI-FI. According to the German physicist Harald Hass, LI-FI provides much higher data transmission speeds (10gbps and max up to 224gbps per second) by using visible light. In this condition the LI-FI/WI-FI is analyzed.
