These materials are available in variety of forms including rebars, which have been already manufactured and used abroad in reinforcing of concrete elements in sever-al projects. Unfortunately, these rebars have not been yet widely produced in Egypt.

To detect intracranial pathologies, post contrast T1 weighted sequences are being commonly used these days. T1 shortening effect results in contrast enhancement, as compared to T1 weighted images enhancement of meninges is easy to notice on post contrast FLAIR images due to nullification of cortical vessels and CSF signals. post contrast T2 FLAIR do not show enhancement in vessels due to slow blood flow.

Most thyroid swellings are benign, a wide variation is observed in malignancy; 5% of clinical thyroid nodule is malignant while 8% to 20% surgical thyroid specimens are malignant. Fine needle aspiration cytology (FNAC) and ultrasonography are very useful tools in making preoperative diagnosis.
