ABSTRACT
Tuberculous meningitis usually results in ischemic stroke, and rarely in hemorrhagic infarcts. We report a medicat history of a patient presenting a fatal outcome of tuberculous meningovasculitis. Brain MRI showed corticosubcortical T2-Flair and Diffusion
