The rapid evolution of DNA sequencing technologies and the high amounts of molecular data used for analayzing phylogenetic tree take a great consumption in the computational performance as well as the memory demands. The evolutionary tree design is required for determining the relationship between the DNA sequences based on the differences within their genetic characteristics in addition to the extent of divergence between species. The major objective of phylogeny reconstruction is to describe evolutionary relationships in terms of relative recency of common ancestry.
