Its uses are diverse as they can be used in paper and pulp industries, leather industries and can also be used for medicinal purposes. This paper focuses on the degradation of methylene blue using Fenton and Oxidative processes and how to remove this dye compound from water solution. The material used, its environmental effect, advantages and recommendations are also discussed.
