A fuel cell is a device that uses the fuel chemical energy to produce electricity through a chemical reaction with oxygen or any other oxidizing agent. This paper studied the correlations between current, voltage, power, and efficiency for a PEM fuel cell derived by hydrogen that is produced from water electrolyzing.
