Construction industry of Saudi Arabia is developing on a large scale, participating in employment and overall economic growth of country due to changes in the Kingdom’s socio-economic development policies, and thereby recognizing the need for more efficient and timely completion of projects. Construction time often serves as benchmark for assessing the performance of a project and efficiency of project organization. Due to unexpected problems and change in original design during construction phase led to unwanted delay in timely completion.
