This paper is aimed to evaluate the impact of global culture on the economy of UAE, it illustrates different aspects of globalization in accordance with UAE. Further this paper deals with the significance and limitation of the research. This research is qualitative while it gives a brief review of decision-making in organization.The present study will discuss risk recognition in decision making in different social environments. The goal of this research is to study multifaceted contrasts in risk recognition and how they influence risk taking and decision making in multicultural organizations in the UAE.
